We only collect information required to safely coordinate and deliver classes. This includes parent names, WhatsApp phone numbers, email addresses, student first names, student ages, and approximate location.
2. How We Use Student & Parent Data
We use your information exclusively to:
- Send joining packs, software installation guides, and session links.
- Coordinate with parents on WhatsApp regarding weekly student progress.
- Process course enrollments and issue completion certificates.
3. Third-Party Payment Processing
Lumineers Academy does not store credit or debit card numbers. All card transactions are securely processed by Paystack under industry-standard PCI-DSS compliance.
4. Data Sharing & Protection
We never sell, rent, or monetize personal data or student records. Information is only shared with verified instructors for the purpose of teaching registered students.
