Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview & Provider

Lumineers Academy is the educational arm of Rabahh, an engineering firm that builds software, automation, and AI systems. These Terms apply to all participants, parents, and guardians enrolling in Lumineers camps, specialist tracks, or free community learning resources.

2. Requirements & Student Eligibility

Lumineers Academy programs are designed for ambitious learners, creators, and professionals. By registering, participants (and parents or legal guardians where applicable) confirm:

  • The learner has access to a working desktop or laptop (Windows or macOS).
  • The learner has a stable internet connection capable of sustaining live interactive video.
  • Accounts for third-party tools (Canva, Google, GitHub, CapCut, Claude) will be maintained responsibly.

3. Fees & Refund Policy

We believe in total transparency. Our refund terms are clear and binding:

Cancellation Before Attending:Full 100% refund if you cancel before your child attends their first live session.
Cancellation Within Week One:If after the first week it is not the right fit for your child, notify us within 7 days of their first session and we refund 50% of the tuition.
After Week One:Tuition is non-refundable, as staff allocation and cohort capacity have been committed.
Cancellation by Lumineers:If a track or the camp is cancelled by Lumineers, enrolled families receive a 100% refund.

4. Student Intellectual Property

Students retain 100% ownership of everything they create — code, websites, graphic designs, Figma prototypes, data dashboards, and YouTube channels. Lumineers Academy may showcase student projects for educational and promotional purposes with parent consent.

5. Safeguarding & Conduct

All live sessions take place in monitored group classrooms with verified instructors. One-on-one private video calls between students and instructors are strictly prohibited. Harassment or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal from the cohort.
